Regular Session

The registration fee for the regular session is $100 for students and $200 for non-students.

Workshop
|
|
The registration fee for the one-day workshop session is $30 for students and $50 for non-students.
|

Deadline
|
|
The deadline for early registration forms and payment was 30 May 2008. Forms and payment will continue to be accepted through the beginning of the event at increased rates. Please check the relevant pages for information on pricing.

Online Registration
|
|
It is possible to register online using the Online Registration Form. Simply click the link and fill out your name and email address and indicate which sessions you will be attending (oncampus housing and parking permit can be purchased here too if required). Payment can be made online with PayPal or by mailing in a personal check.

Paper Registration
|
|
Please download and fill out the Paper Registration Form and mail it to the address indicated on the form.
